To write and deliver your itinerary, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your submissions to train AI models. The AI providers that process your inputs (Cloudflare Workers AI and, if enabled, Anthropic) are bound by agreements that prohibit training on customer data.
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, storage and AI generation), Anthropic (AI generation, if enabled) and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Orders and itineraries are retained so your permanent link keeps working. Email hello@northboundtrips.com from the order email address to request deletion; we will delete the order within 30 days, after which the link will stop working.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. Email us and we will honor verified requests.
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Stripe may set cookies on its checkout pages under its own policy.
